Create a group for the wedding, then upload a list of guests with their flight numbers or share a link where guests add their own. GroupArrivals follows every flight live and shows all arrivals on one screen, with alerts when a flight is late.
Can guests add their own flight?
Yes. Share a link or a QR code, for example on your wedding website. A guest picks their name, or adds it if you allow it, and types their flight numbers. You see those flights marked as added by the guest.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The guest link opens in any phone's browser. There is no account and no app.
How do I plan airport pickups for a destination wedding?
Look at the arrivals by day and hour on the board to group guests into shuttles, then share a check-in link with the person at the airport. They tap Check in as each guest arrives, and you see who is still on the way.
What does a small wedding cost?
