Add travelers and their flights from a CSV or Excel file, or by hand. Connecting flights are fine. Guests can also add their own flight through a link or a QR code.

We track every flight
Every flight is checked live from the day before it leaves until it lands. Your team gets an email and a push alert when a flight is delayed, cancelled or diverted.

At the airport, your staff tap Check in on a phone, even without signal. Your client follows a live board through a private link, with no login.

How do I track the flights of a whole group?
Upload your guest list with each traveler's flight numbers and dates, as a CSV or Excel file, or type them in. GroupArrivals then follows every flight live and shows all arrivals and departures on one board, with alerts to your team when something changes.
Does it handle connecting flights?
Yes. A traveler can have several legs on the way in and on the way out, and each leg is tracked. If a first leg is late, you see it before the last one is due.
Do my travelers or my client need an app?
No. The guest link, the airport check-in link and the client board all open in a normal web browser, with no login. Your own team uses GroupArrivals in the browser too, and can add it to the phone's home screen.
How much does it cost?
A Group Pass covers one group for its dates plus 7 days, from $29 for 50 travelers and 40 flights to $449 for 3,000 travelers and 800 flights. Teams with several groups a month can take Pro at $59 or Agency at $179 a month. You can see your list on the board before you pay.
What happens to travelers' personal data?
It is used only to run your group. Flight data providers receive flight numbers and dates, never names. Travelers' personal data is deleted automatically 60 days after the group ends.
