Passes or plans?
What is a Group Pass?
A one-time payment for one group. It covers the group's dates plus 7 days, for up to 50, 200, 750 or 3,000 travelers and 40, 120, 350 or 800 flights depending on the size. There is nothing to cancel afterwards.
Should I buy a Group Pass or a monthly plan?
Buy a Group Pass if you run a few groups a year, such as one wedding or one incentive. Take Pro or Agency if you run groups every month: Pro covers 5 active groups, 120 flights and 1,000 travelers a month for $59.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Sign up, upload your list and see every traveler and flight on the board. Live tracking, alerts and the client board's live status start when you buy a pass or a plan.
What happens when the pass ends?
The group becomes read only. You can still open the board and export the manifest until the travelers' data is deleted, 60 days after the group ends.
Can I move from a pass to a plan later?
Yes. Start a monthly plan at any time; your groups stay as they are.
What counts as a flight?
One flight on one date in your group, however many travelers are on it. Ten guests on the same flight count once.
